Thank you for choosing EyeSmart EMR, a subscription‑based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
We request all customers to carefully review the following Refund Policy, which applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and renewals made through our website or integrated payment gateway.
1. No Refund Policy
EyeSmart EMR services are provided on a postpaid subscription model, wherein customers are billed after utilizing the service. Due to the nature of our service delivery architecture, no refunds will be initiated under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Subscription cancellations
- Non-usage of services
- Partial usage
- Change of requirements
- Incorrect purchase made by the customer
2. Dedicated Cloud Infrastructure Allocation
Upon activation of a subscription, a dedicated cloud infrastructure (Virtual Machine, storage, and related resources) is provisioned and reserved exclusively for each customer to ensure optimal performance, security, and isolation of data.
Since these cloud resources are allocated and billed on our end immediately, we are unable to reverse or cancel the associated infrastructure costs, making refunds financially and operationally non‑viable.
3. Transparent Billing
All applicable charges including EMR subscription fees and cloud usage charges based on actual consumption are clearly displayed during purchase and invoiced accordingly. Customers are encouraged to review the pricing information prior to completing any transaction.
4. Cancellation of Service
Customers may discontinue usage at any time; however:
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- The service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
